CineVision Academy, located at 6363 Sunset Boulevard, Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA 90028, is a provider of educational resources for aspiring filmmakers. Our masterclass program aims to provide comprehensive training in all aspects of directing, from pre-production to post-production. CineVision Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

The information provided through our directing masterclass is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Services. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. CineVision Academy may, but has no obligation to, monitor or mediate disputes between users.
In no event shall CineVision Academy, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if CineVision Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to CineVision Academy for access to the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CineVision Academy relating to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and CineVision Academy.
